Greetings Sweet Souls,
It has been a while since I had written a reflection. Was led to experience a few Healing courses in order to proceed. (Thank you Crow)
Spirit has blessed a source of utmost protection to help while going astray, and I can thankfully say I am feeling grounded once again after that sweet; short visit.
Thank you, Heavenly Spirit, for granting this cosmic connection. Praying to be brought together again once the stars align.
First, a prayer.
Heavenly Spirit,
Forgive us for forgetting, and thank you for continuously reminding us to come back home to you.
We pray this reflection is just, to the best of our ability.

Spirit is calling to reflect on the following verses:
Philippians 4:8-9
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.

Prior to this Spiritual Awakening, all felt flat into what the physical realm decided as true, noble, right, pure, and lovely. Now, I am finding out so much that had been thought of as positive frequency is, in fact, negative. It is the way of our Earthly Dimension. This is why we feel such panic, angst, anxiety, and so on. We have also lost connection to, not only why, but how to release sensations through the act of Sacred Spiritual healing through our Ancestral lineage.
When the highest frequency of love is experienced and felt in present—without worrying about past (causing depression), or future (causing anxiety), of any kind—it has the ability to move mountains. When what is true, right, pure, and admirable— excellent and praiseworthy—is talked about, then love releases on all counts. I can not explain truthfully on my own accord; as it would be incorrect to distinguish completely certain, but the more I heal, the more is exposed and then let out. Think of peeling an onion. Every layer is closer, and each spritz is another blocked sensation releasing to heal.
Thank you, Spirit, for gifting us with the act of Healing.
Remember, Sweet Souls, when the opposite of each above sensation is felt, that is where negative frequency resides. This is where and when we lack connection to our own Soul, connected to our Spirit, and connected to Heavenly Spirit.
Think of it as one bright line starting from the ground below where you stand (yes, our energy is also under our feet within Earth Mother) and heading all the way back to Odin. How beautiful is that? To know we are all connected through Feminine (GAIA) and Masculine (YHWH)
Reminds me of the time when I prayed to my late bagpiping instructor, "Grandpa" Jim Bain, prior to bagpiping for the Youth Sailing Regatta ('02) in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
The meditation and synchronization was brilliant. It led to Bird Spirit presenting a flock of sparrows; swooping down behind me and back up in front while the little sailors watched in complete magic.
This is Heaven.
We are Heaven
It is here on earth.
We are in the Garden of Eden.

The Synchronization of this card is quite magical, as the boys and I just tilled our first garden at new home.

SEED PLANTER ( Intention)
It only takes one seed to start the growth of a beautiful forest. The reverberations of your intentions, words, and actions are heightened at this time. It's an important season to be extra mindful of your thoughts and inner dialogue. So often we allow the same hurtful beliefs and self-defeating messages to play in our minds and hearts unchecked.
Ask yourself, "What is broadcasting from my soul today?" " Is this frequency that I want to impart into the world?" When you think of each thought as a seed of possibility, you feel the power that you hold as the creator of your experiences. At this time, you have the ability to choose wisely, to plant seeds of heightened consciousness and love for yourself. Infuse your sacred waters with the most healed vibrations for your body, mind, and soul. You are worth it.
This message is not advocating that you bypass what has felt true for you in your life. Rather, it is calling for more compassion, validation, and sacred space, holding for the thoughts and beliefs that have never received this care. Bring conscious awareness to what repeats over and over again. This is an important first step in planting the seeds of wellness, joy, abundance, and healed outcomes.

MEDICINE
Sit down on mandala, or comfortably on the floor with toes touching.
Create a Mudra with your fingers so Earth Body is recycling Divine Energy within.
Close eyes and remember a time felt the most connected to Spirit.
Stay close to this connection.
Now, visualize Earth Body intertwining with the wind like a solitary feather.
Feel within fingers and toes.
Strip away all entities of physical matter.
Become weightless.
Become invisible.
Stay in this state for 20 seconds.
Take one big breath in.
